Welcome

Therapy for Teens, Parents & Adults in Washington State

Therapy with me

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and systems perspectives, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship and how patterns show up in the room. I integrate practical skills, somatic work, and education as helpful, tailoring my approach to each person’s needs. Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of recurring patterns, and build more choice, flexibility, and authenticity in how you respond to life.
